David Morrison is President of Mercer Management Consulting. In his 20 years of consulting, Mr. Morrison has worked with leading companies in the electronics, computer hardware and software, information services, e-commerce, Internet, health care, telecommunications, and financial services industries.

In addition to co-authoring How Digital Is Your Business?, Mr. Morrison is co-author, with Adrian Slywotzky, of The Profit Zone: How Strategic Business Design Will Lead You to Tomorrow's Profits (a 1998 Business Week Top 10 Best" Business Book) and Profit Patterns: 30 Ways to Anticipate and Profit from Strategic Forces Reshaping Your Business (both Times Business/Random House). He has authored articles for the "Managers Journal" column of the Wall Street Journal and contributed to the development of the frameworks in Mr. Slywotzky's best-selling book Value Migration.

An accomplished speaker, Mr. Morrison has been a lead presenter at The Conference Board's Strategic Management, Marketing,and CFO Conferences in New York and Los Angeles. He has appeared as a guest on CNBC, the BBC, and CNNfn
