Previous editions of this guide were called 'Cause and Effect JIT' and 'Cause and Effect Lean'.

The guide has become a standard quick reference guide to Lean. It is used in hundreds of companies, scores of consultancies, and numerous universities. It is a popular choice as accompanying notes for Lean education.

This book is built around the well-established and proven Lean FLOW framework developed by Kate Mackle of Thinkflow, and also incorporates material on the other three of the 'big four' — Lean operations, Six Sigma, TRIZ, and TPM.

Rating: ******** (Very good)

At last! A practical, easily followed, logical book about Lean and its Tools!

If you're into Lean, I can recommend this small booklet. It is worth every penny you pay for it.
