A totally meaningless book.

It is a collection of the authors essays, which can be compared to the current quality of blog-entries.

The only thing you learn through this book, is that Peter Drucker is a genius (handily repeated in every chapter, which looks like ass-licking, considering her employment) and that she is the best thing since the invention of royalty. Unfortunately, it is not even interestingly or amusingly written, so it is hard to get through the book, due to the extreme boredom level.

Read a newspaper instead, it gives you more hints on leadership than this.
