  • The three dimensions of success in launching any new product or service.
  • Why every competitor — other than the market leader — must do something different.
  • How one simple question can help you uncover the most important activities in your organization.
  • When it's actually beneficial to manage by neglect. And why.
  • Why the 80-20 rule works just 80 percent of the time. When to use it. And when not to use it.

Strategic Thinking

Rating: ********* (Outstanding)

Well, it is seldom you find an easy read in the strategic field that at the same time is invaluable. This is one of the,. It doesn't have any new, great theories, but it describes what you as a strategist need to think about and presnts it in a wonderful and very readable format.

This is one of the few books that is relatively short, but very valuable, and I would recommend it to any current or aspiring strategist.
