This is not really a book about open source, but a generic book about leadership, that touches on open source.

With that said, I must confess that it is one of the best books on leadership I have read, bar none! It explains and discusses leaderships basic (and not so basic) questions and manages to do this in a low key, yet effective manner while managing to avoid writing some pseudo-solution in your face. This is how books should be written!

Highly recommended, if not even mandatory reading for any manager or aspiring manager.
