Alexander Hiam

Alexander Hiam has served as a management consultant and researcher for the past decade, working clients such as General Motors, The Coca-Cola Company, Kellogg's, The Vermont Country Store, Mass Mutual, Spalding Sports Worldwide, JIAN, BankAmerica and American International College. He also develops the Human Interactions Assessment & Management line of commercial assessments, surveys and training materials, used by human resources and training professionals worldwide. He received his BA from Harvard and his MBA from U.C. Berkeley, and as time permits has served as a visiting lecturer at several business schools. He is the author of thirteen books on management and personal development, and he has developed numerous training materials, assessments, research reports, and plans through his work with leading publishers and clients, and in collaborations with institutions such as The Conference Board, the Total Quality Management Center, the American Management Association, Blanchard Training & Development, and American Supplier Institute. He specializes in leadership, creativity and marketing.
