Felix Brück is a director in the Cleveland office of McKinsey & Company. Felix joined McKinsey in Germany in 1983 and subsequently spent a year in Japan. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Aachen and in business administration from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona. Before joining McKinsey, he worked for three years in production engineering at Robert Bosch GmbH. Felix is one of the authors of Simplicity Wins, published in 1995.
