Dr. Fritz Kröger has been working as a management consultant since 1976 in Europe, the United States and Japan. His main expertise is in the fields of strategy, restructuring, and post-merger integration, in which he has led several large projects. As Vice President of A. T. Kearney in Germany, he co-chairs the company's Global Strategy Initiative.
