Heath Gascoigne, MBA is the creator of HOBA® (House of Business Architecture®), author of The Business Transformation Playbook® and founder of HOBA TECH, a business transformation solutions organisation specialising in Business Architecture tools and business improvement methods.
Heath is a Business Transformator® — part Strategiser, part Designer, part Collaborator, part Negotiator. Heath created HOBA® framework, drawing on 15 years experience in Programme Management and Business Architecture working with clients in both the public and private sector, as a solution for the high number of failed business transformation projects he is called into rescue.
Heath is passionate about helping companies design and implement their business strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) as part of their business and digital transformation.
Heath and holds his MBA (Executive) from The University of New South Wales, and is a TOGAF® (Practitioner) Enterprise Architect, PRINCE2 (Practitioner) Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and a Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).
