A British citizen, Jean Phillips-Martinsson began her international career as public relations officer and English/French interpreter with the OECD in Paris.
In 1975, she pioneered the field in Europe by setting up the Cross-Cultural Relations Centre in Stockholm, to help managers develop cultural awareness and international communication skills. Since then, more than 15,000 participants from all over the world, representing government, business and education, have attended her workshops and lectures.
