Joanne works with ThoughtWorks. In her current role as Principal Associate, she focus on IT governance, risk and compliance and leads the global information security team. Her main area of interest is how to apply effect control over the use of technology to both reduce risks and allow organizations to change at the pace required to achieve their goals. She holds COBIT, ITIL, CISA and CRISC certifications. She is a co-author of Lean Enterprise.
