Joseph Sperry

Joe Sperry, a Partner Emeritus of S4 Consulting, is a recognized authority on the principles and application of relationship management in relationship management programs. Joe has written and lectured for more than twenty-five years on customer loyalty, service and relationship quality, and strategic relationship development. His presentation and publishing topics range from the fundamental tenets of proactive account management, measuring the health of account relationships, to strategic relationship recovery. Joe is co-author of The Seven Keys to Managing Strategic Accounts, and has been a Visiting Scholar at The Howe School of Technology Management at the Stevens Institute of Technology.

Joe has conducted thousands of multi-contact interviews at critical account relationships and hundreds of lost customer interviews primarily at Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has regularly developed and delivered programs about how to make relationship management programs a strategic advantage. In addition, Joe is a highly respected speaker and author.

Joe received his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from The Ohio State University.
