Lee Tom Perry

Perry is the Sorensen Family Professor of Strategy and Organizational Behavior in the Marriott School of Management. He obtained his doctorate in administrative sciences from Yale University.

Perry has been a member of the faculty of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and the College of Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University.

Having written about corporate restructuring and downsizing, business process reengineering and competitive business strategies, Perry has published numerous articles.

Perry's articles have appeared in such magazine journals as Organizational Dynamics, Sloan Management Review, The Academy of Management Executive, Human Resource Management and Personnel.

He is also the author of Offensive Strategy: Forging a New Competitiveness in the Fires of Head-to-Head Competition and coauthored Real-Time Strategy: Improvising Team-Based Planning for a Fast-Changing World.

Some awards Perry has received include an Outstanding Faculty Award from the College of Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University and the Exxon Outstanding Teaching Award from BYU. activities focus on organizational strategy and design issues.
