Lesley Elder-Aznar has been a project management and project audit consultant to some of the world's top companies for over 20 years.
A graduate of Heriot-Watt University (BA (Hons) Business Studies), the University of Edinburgh (MSc International & European Politics), and Strathclyde University Law School (Pg Dip Conflict Resolution & Mediation), Lesley also holds the Managing Successful Programmes qualification.
She is a member of the Change Management Institute and a passionate advocate for improving change implementation across all organisations.
Lesley is the best-selling author of introductory project management book "I Would Rather Eat a Cactus…than Run a Project", (you can find the book here), and the founder of the Cactus Club community for new and aspiring project managers.
Lesley is a great advocate for making work fit around your life, not the other way round, and lives on a beautiful island near Madeira, Portugal with her Spanish husband Roke, their rescue dog Rambo, and their sleepy cat Smurf.
