Dr. Leslie Gadman teaches Strategic Management and Organisational Behaviour, at London South Bank University and is a Visiting Fellow at Imperial College London and the University Of Nottingham School Of Business. He gained his PhD at Lancaster University. Gadman has served as a consultant to private companies and public agencies in the areas of strategy formulation and implementation, change leadership and knowledge management. His research interests are centered on the impact of the Internet on business performance and culture. His work is deeply rooted in personal and institutional identity formation and is an exploration of a contemporary dialogue about the human evolution, impermanence and interdependence. His research interests are centered on the interdependent development of individuals and their institutions as they relate to distributed internet enabled collaboration. Leslie has published extensively in journals such as the Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, British Academy of Management, the Asian Journal on Quality, MITs Sloan Management Review and the Journal of Management Science. He is also author of the book Power Partnering: A Strategy for Excellence in the 21st Century.
