Mark Atkinson

Mark Atkinson was introduced to computer programming in 1969 with a FORTRAN ballistics program that tracked the Saturn V rocket and astronauts to the moon. He has been involved with computing continuously since that time, including consulting and contract programming for IBM PCs and mainframes in a variety of languages. Based in Mississippi, he has been a PC technician for one of the area's largest vendors of office systems. He is coauthor of Que's Using C.
