Nils Martin Borgs(born in Falun, 1974), is a Swedish PR-consultant. film-maker and author. He has previously worked for six years for the PR-company Hill & Knowlton as responsible for lobbying and public opinion management. During the 1998 and 2002 elections, he worked for the Moderate Party management. He has also worked for the liberal think-tank Timbro.
Today, he manages the productioncompany Devell/Borgs AB, whose first movie were the documentary Överdos, based on the book En perfekt storm by Johan Norberg.
Borgs was awarded the price for 'Lobbyist of the Year' in 1997 by the trade magazine Resumé for his campaign Rör inte vår radio, who supported a free advertsing-based radio in Sweden. In December 2005 he was a participant in Sheriffbilen, a webb-based civil dis-obediance campaign against the congestion charge in Stockholm. During 2006 he was the media coach for the TV programme Toppkandidaterna.
