Michael McLennan received the B.S. degree with Highest Distinction from the School of Electrical Engineering at Purdue University in 1985. He went on to receive the M.S. degree in 1987 and the Ph.D. degree in 1990 both from Purdue, having completed research for his thesis on the numerical simulation of quantum mechanical electron transport in ultra-small devices.
Dr. McLennan is currently an Architect at Cadence Design Systems, where he is developing software for Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD).
