Neil is a veteran author of eight books and more than 200 articles on business excellence and related methodologies. He is co-author of Insourcing Innovation and Six Sigma for Dummies. During his career, Neil has written for General Electric, McKinsey & Company, Florida Power & Light and many others. He has also edited books by Japanese quality experts Dr. Noriaki Kano and Ryuji Fukuda, and has written several books and articles with Six Sigma's co-founder, Dr. Mikel Harry.
Neil lives in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and avidly practices yoga (especially during long stretches of writing).
