Robert was raised in Sweden and Saudi Arabia and are LL.M., B.Sc. and Econ. Lic.
He has 20 years experience of the M&A market, advising on numerous deals within various industry sectors.
Author of several books and articles on M&A and corporate governance, among others Due Diligence (2013) and Företagsförvärv (2nd ed, 2011) and has written a number of artciles in Sweden as well.
He has previosly worked for KPMG (Legal Services) and PwC (Transaction Services).
Currently he is a Course manager and lecturer at the Swedish Bar Association, FEI, Stockholm University and Linköping University.
