Russell G. Sage

Russell G. Sage is a software designer for Olivetti Advanced Technology Center in Cupertino, CA. He also teaches shell programming for Northeastern University in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 1983. He started programming on HP calculators, moved up to the Apple II, and now uses several UNIX systems extensively. His main interests are software tools and operating systems. His hobbies include gardening, camping, and scuba diving.
