Sarah Murray is a technical writer, editor, and trainer who has helped hundreds of users get productive since 1990. She's written manuals for Autodesk software, taught office applications and Framemaker at New Horizons Computer Centers, and taught computer research techniques to social science students at the University of California at Berkeley.
