William Davis

William Davis, a self-made millionaire, is throroughly conversant with the practical aspects of business life and has been writing about business for more than 40 years.

He started his career on the Financial Times and went on to become the financial editor of the Evening Standard and The Guardian. He also originated BBC TV's Money Programme and was editor of Punch magazine for many years.

He has been chairman of organisations in both the public and private sectors and has served on a number of other boards as well as creating a successful magazine publishing company. He is the author of 13 previous books, mostly on business, several of which are international best sellers.
