Accelerate your organization to win in the maketplace.

How can we apply technology to drive business value? For years, we've been told that the performance of software delivery teams doesn't matter — that it can't provide a competitive advantage to our companies. Through four years of rigorous research, including data collected from the State of DevOps Report conducted with Puppet, Dr. Nicole Forsgren, Jez Humble, and Gene Kim set out to find a way to measure software delivery performance — and what drives it — using rigorous statistical methods. The results are groundbreaking.

Representing both the findings and the science behind Dr. Forsgren, Humble, and Kim's research, Accelerate allows technology managers at every level to see, evaluate, and use successful applications to elevate their own organizations, Discover how to measure the performance of your teams and what capabilities to invest in to drive higher performance.

Disappointing *** (3 out of 10)

Sigh, two thirds of the book is about defending the methods used in the surveys, where they point to correlation between selected criteria, but fails to prove any causation.

Amateurish drivel is the best I can say about this.
