Sigh, half the book is empty pages, the other half is small one-to-three page essays spread out without any order or structure. Not even a table of content…

If you appreciate this and need this, you're in a worst state than you can imagine. The only reason this is not given the worst rating, is the empty pages, that can be used as a notebook.
