Disappointing *** (3 out of 10)

The book that accompagnies this package is the Practical Programming in Tcl and Tk, 2nd Ed., and a CD-ROM that seems to be Dave's contribution. The book is OK, but I can't see any reason why you want to run this CDROM, as it stinks. Avoid this package and buy the book separately.
