This is not really what you expect from reading the title and checking the backside of the book. It concerns itself primarily with how to prevent Burnout at the managerial level (a too common problem today). And it does so with some insights and not some meta-physics, but with common-sense and logical analysis on how to better manage your own workload.

A good book, that definitely should be read if you're feeling the pressure yourself or are working in HR or in Coaching.
