Mr. Meyer has done it again. An excellent book about companies that are owned by Swedish municipalities, but with texts that can (in most parts) be used in any Swedish commercial venture. This time he manages to explain very lucidly how the BoD and the CEO has to interact as well as making a very good introduction to board level work in Sweden. Recommended reading for Swedish MBA students or anyone that wants to understand these questions (even if it is not exactly a "for dummies" book).
