A book that I had great expectations on. Unfortunately, it let me down hard!

It re-package some standard stuff from change management, and tries to talk about "the web" as the new thing, without understanding larger perspectives.

This is absolute nonsense, with some simplified stuff thrown in without any real thoughts (and you can find the good stuff elsewhere, explained better).
