This book is a bit overrated in my opinion, or to put it more frankly, it is pure, unadultered trash that any sane person should avoid. Collins cites a lot of numbers but can't seem to present them and/or any evidence for them. He very much comes across like Tom Peters in his first Excellency books (which he now has admitted used fake data).
You may read it, as it is extensively marketed, but don't expect to be any clearer on what his message are (again, you could compare Collins to Tom Peters or Peter Senge, no one really understands what they want either, but they say it very well, while they promise you that they have found the Holy Grail).
