Let's start with a disclaimer: I know the authors, and have worked with both of them.

With that said, this is in my opinion a decent book about outsourcing in the Swedish Public Sector. You may find that it doesn't go into all the details that would be needed for it to be a good book, but as an extensive overview of this area, it serves it purpose very well (consider that the subject matter is not exactly a precise science).

If you have an interest in this particular area, it is worth reading as a primer, as the authors obviously has very extensive experience in this area.
