Well, the book didn't start very well, with a lot of disclaimers and descriptions on what would not be covered.

But after having read half of it, I was impressed and it made me think deeply, which is what I like about a book. To be frank, I would read a more expansive follow-up on this book.

I would recommend this as reading for any manager going to senior positions, even if it is a little short on details, from time to time.
