A book for practitioners.

I have mixed feelings about this book. Sometimes I read it and find it excellent. At other times, I find it shallow and naive. But overall, I must say that it is a very good introduction to the OD field for the Swedish marketplace.

Don't count on building any career (nor MBA) on it, but it gets you up to speed very fast and it manages to convey a number of important aspects very well. Recommended for the student as well as the aspiring new manager.
