Well, it is hard to review a book when it doesn't exist any competition to compare it to, but I'll try anyway.

It describes the history of rhetoric from a Swedish perspective and does it well. It is entertaining written, and sometimes detailed. The only criticism is that it would be nice to have some more focused rhetoric discussion for people like me, who needs it badly.

If you're a Swede and either interested in history or rhetoric, it is a recommended reading.
