At long last, an excellent book on how to make agility and related methods to work in a large or mature company. In addition, it explains the concepts very well, and it is very well presented, without the usually dogmatic wishy-washy quasi-religious stuff that usually are associated with these concepts.
It is a book I would recommend everyone to read, as it contains a lot of important and relevant material, for any type of innovation or product marketing, regardless if you're a startup or a global coglomerate.
