Extremely interesting.
A Japanese book about management. It doesn't help save the world, but interesting nonetheless.
In fact, I would go so far as to call this one of the most important business management books this century. It also helps that it is very well researched and has ample references both to academia and businesses.
Shortly, one of few books that age gracefully and feels fresh every time you pick it up. Don't miss it!
