This is a book for small to medium sized companies, that tries to concentrate the owners/executives thoughts on how the company can operate efficiently and consistently. It is not bad, and strikes a fairly good balance between the concepts for the intended audience and the underlying theories so that the book can be useful.

Worth reading, unless you're a hard-core MBA theorist.
