Robert de Board, MA, MPhil, FIMgt, FInstD, is the Director of Robert de Board and Associates and author of three books: The Psychoanalysis of Organisations, Counselling Skills and Counselling for Toads. He is also an Associate Lecturer at Henley Management College.
