Rolf Olofsson is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist and trained supervisors. In 1976 he started working with development and change in people in the form of psychotherapy.
Since 1982, he has worked with leadership development for executives and project managers, group and team development, communication training in organizations. In addition, Rolf worked to help groups and organizations that are experiencing problems and conflicts.
Rolf Olofsson Organizational Development AB is a one-man company that started in 1989. A majority of the clients are from the public sector as government agencies, county councils, municipalities and universities. Some examples of customers from private companies have been Pharmacia, AstraZeneca, Ericsson. Along with Wenell Management AB, Rolf Olofsson as partners worked with many different parts of Swedish industry.
