The 10 Steps series is designed specifically for today's fast-paced, need-it-yesterday business environment and for the thousands of workers who find themselves faced with new assignments, responsibilities, and requirements and too little time to learn what they must know. This is truly a just-tell-me-what to do series. If you need to understand, implement, or improve your current strategic planning process, this is the book for you.
The 10 steps to Successful Strategic Planning:
A very practical-minded book, that may help a person that is not at MBA-level nor very experienced. It contains loads of tools, checklists, etc., most of which are very useful, but fails to provide the underlying theories and presumptions that they have employed to get these sets.
All-in-all, an OK book.
