If you need to understand the problems with alcohol in the workplace and how to deal with it, this is probably an excellent Swedish book. It is a bit boring and mostly descriptive instead of prescriptive, but I believe that it fulfills an important niche, if you're going to work with HR issues, as it is not easy to deal with people with alcohol problems (nor their managers or collegeaus, as the subtitle so aptly describes (translation: Who cares?)).

If you're into HR (in Sweden) or need to deal with someone that has alcoholproblems, read it, otherwise skip it.
